West Nest Lodge is situated on the farm Klein Begin, in a beautiful and calm environment. Indulge in the stillness of nature, where you can observe animals in their natural habitat and by the watering hole.

We offer a choice of four accommodation types of which include Luxury Chalets, Thatched Rooms, Tented Chalets and Campsites. Choose between lounging by the poolside, taking a swing on the golf driving range, having some family fun at the putt-putt course, or enjoying a sundowner on the deck area. A small gym is equipped with the essentials for the fitness conscious.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets for up to 120 people. The licensed bar is separate from the restaurant area with some refreshing drinks. The area has lovely sunsets, game- and bird viewing opportunities, and walking trails.

The fully equipped conference room can host 30 people in a relaxed environment, and weddings can be held in our secluded chapel. A curio shop holds many treasures which visitors can buy to take home as souvenirs.

Gem of Eastern Namibia by

A lovely lodge with all the amenities, including a kiddies playground, which my 7 year old son thoroughly enjoyed - especially the foofie slide. They were able to accommodate us in two chalets at the last minute as we were supposed to spend the night camping, but I was suffering from Glandular Fever. The meals were first rate and the hospitality right up there. We will make sure to go there again - for longer next time.

Great spot, great service by

The effort put into creating West Nest is evident in so many details. It has been done so professionally. We really enjoyed our comfy beds in out luxury tents and the hosts and staff were very hospitable. There are many activities to take part in. Even so, the atmosphere is peaceful.

Running/hiking in the wild by

Very nice lodge off the road. We liked the game roaming free on the premises, however not the caged apes, cat and birds.

Great Namibia bush sleep-over by

We loved the clean, well maintained accommodation. The accommodation was also well equipped & we enjoyed making a fire and braai on the patio while watching some zebra & horses and that beautiful sunset. The bar offered refreshing beverages that we enjoyed around the pool area. Great over-all experience
