However I believe you have to check better your establishments. After arriving at waterberry hill (WH) I went straight to your webpage, to check if I did something wrong with the booking. NO I didn't. I booked after seeing the pictures and these pictures are a big lie. After finding out I have been scammed I went to the web of WH. It seems they have A chalets and B chalets. You publish the pictures you receive. No problem. It is WH who lies. A chalets are 166m2 and B chalets are 89 m2.
They show pictures of the A chalets and give you a B chalet 73m2 smaller! At my age 64 years I thought I have seen it all and I will not fall for a sort of a pyramid scheme. I was taken anyway. Pictures shown on your webpage has nothing to do with what you receive! Also on the webpage is written 20 guest maximum. There are around 49 chalets which sleeps in total a 196 guests + guests on sleeper couches! I feel robbed ,scammed whatever you want to call it. I come out of the tourism industry and did business with you for many years until we sold our guesthouse "Ambassador guesthouse " Springs Eastrand. I still run my safari company for almost 40 years now. I know you publish the pictures you receive. However you need to put in place a check on these crooks. It give you a bad name too! I went also on "tripadvisor" More people complained about it. Answer manager in July 2016 on the same complaint. " However the photo's shown on our website ( and I have noticed on some other sites too) is of the A side only. We will be looking at changing this soon.
He is probably still looking. I feel robbed scammed etc etc.
I think it is reasonable to ask my money back. It is like selling a trip to Paris and showing the Eifel tower etc and you take me to Parijs in the freestate.
