Villa Hout Bay Heights is in a magnificent position high on the mountain slopes of Hout Bay. It offers panoramic views of the mountains, sea and valley. This Mediterranean-style villa is a mere 20 minutes from Cape Town City Centre and is central to numerous tourist destinations such as the Constantia Wine Route, Table Mountain, the V & A Waterfront, the World of Birds and the famous Chapman's Peak Drive.

All seven bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, DStv, wireless ADSL Internet access, fully stocked minibars, coffee and tea facilities, mini safes, hairdryers, fans, international plugs, pure cotton sheets and shower towels.

Our villa is fully equipped for self-catering with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge leading out onto various spacious patios, all of which overlook the lush garden. French doors lead out onto a beautiful patio and pool area with braai facilities. Here, guests can simply relax or entertain family, friends or business associates.

We serve sumptuous full English or Continental breakfasts in the dining room or on one of our beautiful garden or pool patios. We will happily arrange airport shuttles, car rentals, tours and restaurant bookings.

The friendly and responsive staff, managed with great efficiency by Ma Lina, ensure that everything is done to make your holiday trouble free and very enjoyable. If possible try to arrange a braai whilst you are there - not only do you eat delicious fish freshly prepared by Lina but you also have a wonderful opportunity to socialise with everyone staying at the Villa as well as the staff.

We were over the moon with the accommodation. The service was awesome and we had the most fantastic stay! the host, Josephine, was super, made us incredible breakfast's. we will definitely be back again!!!!

Total peace and quiet by

Loved the spaciousness of the room. It was a bit cold as it has tiled flooring and no underfloor heating. Would put a strip light in the cupboard that houses the kitchen area.

Texas Concert by

Friendly hosts, good breakfast, quiet location, good WiFi signal. Only downside was family suite needs a small fridge too. (we were allowed to use one in an empty room though) Will return :)

The Outlook restaurant by

Lovely old home that has been nicely renovated. Has a bed next to the swimming pool where you can lay and watch the stars. The cooked breakfast could have been more substantial. Just egg and bacon.
