Villa De Rouba is a newly built detached three-bedroom villa, perfectly situated in a quiet and secluded residential area within walking distance to Blue Bay beach. The unit is located in a private and upmarket residential area, and boasts modern and tastefully decorated furnishings, all by UK designers. The unit sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The guest room is equipped with with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the two children's bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom. Each bedroom features air-conditioning.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with an integrated fridge and dishwasher, while the lounge features a leather seating arrangement, LCD TV, music system, and Internet access. The dining room has enough seating for up to 10 people and the separate utility room features a washing machine and ironing facilities.

The outdoor terraces overlook the sheltered swimming pool, barbecue area, outdoor shower, and landscaped garden. Guests can sleep peacefully knowing that they are secure with a quality alarm and monitoring system installed. In addition, a housemaid provides cleaning for guests' convenience twice a week, excluding weekends.
