Underhill Farm

Underhill Farm is a permaculture eco friendly olive farm guest house in the Overberg, on the van der stel pass nestled in the bottom of a valley between Twaalfontein stream and the historic Botrivier.

The charming UnderHill Farmhouse consists of two bedrooms and a loft room, accommodating up to six guests, and two bathrooms. The living area features a italian marble kitchen with built in appliances, a lounge (with loft above) and a fireplace , and a covered patio with built-in braai facilities and dining furniture. The abode also allows pets, offers guests a plunge pool and outdoor shower, and parking on the premises is available. There is a private chill spot next to the river under the old oak tree.

Rivendell Cottage is perched on the edge of the Twaalfontein stream with a plunge pool for summer and cast iron fireplace for winter. A large covered stoep with built in braai and lounge with views of the franchhoek mountains complete the cottage. There is a private chill out space next to the stream, among the poplar forest for those hot summer days.

UnderHill cottage has 3 bedrooms, two downstairs, and a separate bedroom upstairs with large balcony overlooking the popular forest and stream complete with outdoor shower. A large wrap around stoep with fireplace and braai overlook the garden and pool with views of the franchhoek mountains.

Guests can enjoy hiking and cycle trails around the farm as well as a variety of great attractions in and around the area, including the The Theewaterskloof Dam, Cape Canopy Tours and the Botrivier Wine Route.
