The Stone Guest House offers standard and luxury accommodation in 11 double and executive rooms. Rooms are fitted with air-conditioning or fans, satellite TV, tea and coffee making facilities. The executive rooms are very spacious and also equipped with a mini bar for your convenience. Most of the rooms are with en-suite bathrooms. Relax in the beautiful gardens, at the swimming pool, bar or order traditional and other food at our restaurant. Families with children are especially welcome; we can provide additional children beds or baby cots. The premises are protected by 24 hour security and electric fence. We organise all airport transfer for you. Information about adventure activities or safaris are always available at the guesthouse. We can book these for our guests at no additional cost. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) payment service is now available.

A big thank you to Alex and his friendly staff for our enjoyable stay in Livingstone before the Easter Weekend. Our group (my wife, two children and a friend) experienced great hospitality whilst getting closer to local life in the Stone Guest House in a Livingstone suburb. Angela, 'Nalu, Temba, Peter, Bright, and Fred (the friendly Barman) all helped to make our visit trouble-free and memorable - at a reasonable price. We found the facilities simple but adequate and clean. We especially liked the bar and its atmosphere.

A Great Start To Zambia by

Our family found the Stone Guest House a very clean fun friendly and helpful place. Anything we needed was no problem at all. We would recommend this guest house and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a fun start to our holiday.

Not for the faint hearted! by

The place is in a good location and has great potential. However it offers below basic accommodation and would benefit form some refurbishment and a slight increase in price to cover fixing all of the defects.

Won't be coming back here again by

1. Food was served cold half the time. 2. Orders were brought out with the incorrect/missing things on the plates. 3. The mosquito nets were placed awkwardly on the ceilings allowing them not to cover the entire bed even after the beds were shifted multiple times. 4. The cook informed us multiple times we could order food until 8pm, on trying to order (after informing him multiple times we will be ordering) he had left the lodge at 7:20pm, we were informed we would get sub-standard cooking (only to look out the window and see the cook walking down the driveway). 5. The lady at reception was very good at her job, Alex was very friendly.
