THE STONE COTTAGE REVIEWS (89 %) Senior citizens by George Selzer 06 January 2011 We were spoiled by our hostess with hot baked home-made bread every day, as well as baked mince pies, cake, home-made jams, and even a bottle of champagne on old years eve. A lovely dinner was also prepared for us on the first night of our stay. Walking to the large dam was another highlight, plenty of geese and ducks and other birds on the dam. Monkeys and bush buck and a porcupine were seen on our walk. The owner will also arrange a bakkie ride to the other side of the dam to have a braai under lovely shade trees and to canoe on the dam. All in all a very relaxing holiday, braaing every night, walking or snoozing during the day.
