The Lookout Lodge is a beautiful escape from the chaotic city life. Just 7 km from Groblersdal, the Lodge is an ideal spot to unwind, where our luxurious chalets exist in harmony with nature. Guests can enjoy magnificent hill views with 16 gorgeous chalets to choose from, all spacious and equipped, making your stay as comfortable as possible. The stunning suites at the Lookout Lodge have been designed in a refreshing, contemporary style, still allowing you to feel at one with nature.

Guests can take advantage of the relaxing Jacuzzi and sauna facilities or cool off in the crystal clear swimming pool. Take pleasure in watching the blazing African sunset from the patio, with a refreshing drink from the restaurant.

Built in a traditional circular shape, the boma is a favourite gathering spot for re-telling exciting events of the day. Up to 80 seats can also be set up if guests choose to enjoy the buffet or set menu meals in this warm, cosy spot. Enjoy the serene outdoor ambience at the Lapa which is conveniently attached to the Boma area. With buffet services and a fully stocked bar, the Lapa can be used for weddings, conferences or casual gatherings.

The Lookout offers various wedding packages to suit all needs as well as an on-site coordinator who can assist you in making sure your big day is perfect to every last detail. The ceremony can either be held in the main building or on the reserve in the peaceful. With all these facilities at hand, we're able to cater from 21st to 50th as well as to set the best theme for your function. Year-end functions are a must at Lookout, as we really get the team spirit up for a wonderfully memorable celebration.

With two different conference venues to choose from, The Lookout Lodge will ensure your conference runs smoothly, in an uninterrupted and calm environment. You can make use of the traditional centre, close to the main lodge area, which can seat up to 80 people, or the second option under a thatch roof outside, where you can truly concentrate in a calm environment away from the concrete jungle. With several seating options to choose from, and rest rooms nearby, the venues aims to make your conference hassle free, with the benefit of stunning views right outside the window.
