Worst experience by

We travel a lot and love booking through Safarinow.  The Deck on Manning was terrible, we did not sleep there since one of the 2 rooms with a view we booked were strangely no longer available when we checked in. They offered a 'family' room to us right up on the edge of the property, no view and no inspiration whatsoever, very low standard compared to what the quote made me believe I was getting. When I said I accepted a quote for 2 rooms next to each other for a family of 5, they showed us a small dark room in a passage far away from the sub-standard room up on the property, which would not work for a family. I asked for a quote to have my laundry done, when I got back to them 2 hours later to see the quote, they had already sent my entire suitcase away and said it would cost R650! I had to wait till the next morning to get my clothes back - without ever having agreed for them to send it away.  We had to then drive up and down Durban, on a Friday afternoon, to look for suitable accommodation.

Generally by far the worst experience.

Severely overpriced, lack of parking, grounds are dirty, eating room is dirty and untidy, noisy guests and staff do nothing about it, dirty curtains, dirty towels, key cards dont work properly, unfriendly staff. This should be an absolute last resort to stay at. Nothing is as advertised.
