Everything was excellent, from accommodation, staff, and food. I would like to commend the hotel for having an excellent front desk staff who seemed to be genuinely interested in ensuring that guests enjoyed their stay. The food was served by very friendly staff. The breakfast had a wide selection to cater for everyone. The hotel is well suited for people who want to retreat and enjoy the coastal ambiance. The experience is worth the cost. We will definitely go back for another stay.

Front desk personel very goof by

Waiters not up to standard - service poor Buffet breakfast - organisation re food display, egg preparers, waiters clearing tables, replacing cutlery, coffee service, refilling of buffet food etc - not on par for such a hotel Maintenance- did not repair/replace the room faulty lock - could not secure our room from the inside!!
