This is a beautiful and comfortable apartment situated in Springbok, in the heart of the Namaqualand. It is close to other typical Namaqualand towns such as Alexander Bay, Pofadder, Garies, Kleinzee and Port Nolloth.

The apartment consists of one spacious bedroom, a private en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with a sleeper couch and a TV with DStv.

Springbok is the ideal stopover en-route to Namibia, and has its repute as the flower capital of Namaqualand.

We enjoyed it very much, their friendliness,warmth and we felt at home. the weather was very cold and wet but we enjoyed our stay.

The name caused confusion by

The information centre at Springbok did not know where Springbok 2 was (although it is almost next to them). We concluded that the name of the venue was not clear enough. There is Springbok Lodge, Springbok Guest House and Springbok 2.



Did not receive unit booked 8 months in advance
Some poor excuse about swopping the unit we booked because the other people couldn't handle the stairs ( we are over 70 years old)
Owners did not even put in an appearance to apologise
Ended up in a small unit up very dangerous stairs .
Be aware that the premises are next door to very noisy engineering works
Unit itself very clean and well appointed
