Beautiful Place to Stay by Ross Simpson, South Africa Tuesday, 07 January 2014 We stayed over at Stanta Paloma Guest Farm on our way through the Eastern Cape, and from the moment we stepped out of the car, we felt as though we had been whisked off to an African Safari. With wildlife grazing right at the doorstep and a fire being lit behind us, we completely forgot about the 9-hour car ride.
The owners are incredibly friendly and the rooms are beautifully decorated. We only spent 1 night here, but if it weren't for the place having been booked out the following day, we would have considered cancelling the rest of our trip and just spending the rest of our vacation here.

I am not sure where the smell came from but there was a distinct smell of urine either from the mattress,the carpet or the nearby toilet.
