This one-bedroom apartment is located on a high cliff overlooking Umdloti Beach and is part of a secure complex. It has a truly stunning view of the Indian Ocean and because of the elevation of the apartment; dolphins and whales are spotted regularly.

Facilities include a swimming pool, gym, squash court, 24-hour security, outdoor braai and entertainment area. A covered parking bay is located right outside the apartment. The main bedroom is air-conditioned and has two comfortable beds. It is en-suite with bath, shower, basin, and toilet. There is space for a child on the couch in the lounge. There is a separate shower room. The spacious lounge has an overhead fan and is equipped with a TV, DStv included and DVD player.

The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with fridge/freezer; stove and oven; microwave; washing machine and the balcony have a Weber barbeque. Nearby places of entertainment, include various beachfront restaurants 2 minutes' drive, the Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Centre 5 minutes' drive and the Gateway Entertainment Centre in Umhlanga 10 minutes' drive.

Excellent by

It was great and the view was spectacular. The facilities were wonderful and everything that was needed was available in the unit. The only issue I had was that the stairs leading to the beach had been locked and bob-wired and cannot be used any longer. Which means that you may only access the beach via your vehicle and it is a roundabout, and then your car has to stand in the sun the whole day if you are lucky enough to find parking near the beach. The advert as well as the pamphlet in the unit advises that you can take the stairs right in front of the complex. Thank you.

We stayed at Sans Place Umdloti for 4 nights and i must say we loved the place. The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing.
We'll definitely be back there!


The lovely beach by

Some way to keep monkeys out yet still enjoy fresh air in the apartment. A pull across mesh door? We enjoyed our stay and liked the apartment.
