The Raasmeraai holiday home is a well-equipped self-catering home, situated near Kleinbaai and Gansbaai, the local town. The house consist of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bath and swimming towels as well as 1 set of linen per bed is provided, The house is fully surrounded by a wall and a remote sliding gate. Parking for three cars is available inside the yard. It has an alarm system and burglar bars with 24 hour armed response. The top floor has a deck with mountain and sea views. It has a large flat-screen TV with dual DStv decoder. The kitchen has an electric stove with oven, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and electric water purifying system. Dinning room table with eight chairs. All rooms are spacious and have good quality mattresses. The indoor braai area has a flat-screen smart TV with DStv decoder. There is also a two-plate gas stove. The garden has a large safe and fenced playground for children. Outside is a barbecue drum and a Weber available.The house has stunning views of the mountains and has partial sea views. Hermanus is 45 minutes away and Cape Town and airport 1 and a half hours. The house is about 400 meters from the sea.
