Perivoli Lagoon House

Perivoli Lagoon House is a four-bedroom villa in a pristine game reserve that offers a view of the Klein River lagoon and the mountains. This contemporary villa is available for exclusive use. Its location makes it the ideal getaway for total privacy on the water, amidst the Cape Floral Kingdom.

The villa is well thought out and has tasteful African artifacts and artwork. There are bright and spacious living areas, a deck with a heated edge-flow pool and outdoor areas covered with deep couches where guests can enjoy the view of the lagoon, or sit back and enjoy the bird life.

There are four en-suite bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private roof terrace. Each bed can also be made up as two single beds. Each en-suite bathroom has a bath and shower and handmade Wild Olive bath products.

The open-plan living and dining area has wide glass doors and windows and offers beautiful views of the lagoon. There are ceiling fans, underfloor heating, a fireplace and eco-friendly granular stoves. The living area is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the view. The dining area has ample space to entertain, including a fully-equipped designer kitchen with a separate sink and laundry room. There is also a herb garden that provides fresh ingredients.

There is a team included in the villa who want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. These include a private nature guide, a host, chef, house servant and cleaner. Three gourmet meals and drinks are served daily. Outdoor activities such as beach excursions, guided fynbos hiking trails, as well as kayaking and mountain biking can be enjoyed. Guests also have access to a complimentary speedboat, skis, chops and a two-hour skipper.
