This double-storey house is suitable for eight adults and two children, or nine adults and one child, and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master and second bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, the third bedroom has two three quarter beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed, as well as a sleeper couch for one or two children under 12. The first bathroom has a separate shower and the second and third bathrooms each have a shower and bath.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and other appliances. There are sofas in the open-plan lounge area, as well as a TV for media entertainment. Guests can enjoy their meals around the dining table and enjoy the built-in braai facilities. The house's balcony has patio furniture and a sea view. There is on-site parking.
