Nupen Manor is a homely guest house located in the forestry suburb of Pinelands; a great base location for travellers to explore all that Cape Town has to offer.

The guest house is a thatch house that was built in 1925, featuring lovely wooden floors, renovated rooms and comfortable interiors. There are four rooms on offer, each with an en-suite bathroom and high quality linen. Standard in-room facilities include tea and coffee-making facilities, TVs with DStv access, and Wi-Fi Internet access to keep in touch. Two of the rooms have views of the majestic Table Mountain.

Scrumptious English breakfasts are served in the dining room downstairs and the guest house is prepared to accommodate any food preferences. A cosy lounge area is a great place to relax. Outside offers a swimming pool, a lovely garden and braai facilities.

Popular tourist destinations such as Table Mountain, the V & A Waterfront, world-famous wine routes and magnificent sandy beaches are all well within easy commuting distance. For the business travellers we are closely situated to the business and industrial areas.

Excellent by

I had a great stay at Nupen Manor. It is indeed home away from home! Michele is a wonderful host and the rooms are devine! I am recommending it to everyone visiting Cape Town as it is centrally located with easy access to everything.

Disappointment by

The place was rather shabby. The owner never even introduce herself but was more concern to have me park in the street. Non availability of wifi and dirty floors were a disappointment.

Establishment Response:

When the gentleman arrived I did introduce myself like I all ways do. Then I very nicely showed him where the parking was as he had parked right in front of my garage door which has a rather large no parking sign in front of it. He then became extremely rude and very unpleasant, other guest that over heard him could not believe what they heard. Then I took him upstairs to his room which he then said was fine he asked about the wi-fi told him all the codes are in the booklet in the room so unlike he claimed I do have wi-fi. All my rooms are spotless and Shabby my B&B is not as his girlfriend who had breakfast here in the morning told me how beautiful my place is. My home has beautiful wooden floors as was built in 1923 but there was no way to please him as he had lost his glasses and there was nothing anyone could do to make him happy.
