40 Montage Village

40 Montage Village is situated in a secure complex and it overlooks the complex's own bird sanctuary. The views from the house extend towards the forested dunes and the Outeniqua Mountains. You are awarded views of a magnificent sunset from the patio nearly every evening.

This self-catering house has four bedrooms and it comfortably sleeps seven to eight people. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a king-size bed, a mini kitchenette for morning tea, a TV and a balcony overlooking the bird sanctuary. There are three bedrooms downstairs with a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and opens onto the patio, the next bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a double futon bed. All linen and bath towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.

There is an open-plan living area opening onto the patio, a fireplace for chilly winter evenings and a TV with a DVD player and DStv. Please bring your own smart card. The kitchen is fully equipped including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and the garage has a washing machine, tumble-dryer, a bar fridge and a Weber braai.
