Very small room by

I paid 7 months before arriving, I was given a very small and uncomfortable room. I wrote to them 2 times telling what time it was coming.The room they gave me is NOT the one I required. There was no soap in the bathroom, only liquid. I asked for soap, and I'm still waiting.I would NOT go back
