Firstly when we stoped we were asked if we paid the account in full...tired and hot...we got a fan and aircon cooler in the room - not enough for the heat. Mattress was not good at all. Bunkbed was rocking...we had water for free that was nice.

Establishment Response:

Sorry about you not enjoying your stay. We will be installing air conditioning at the end of January. Unfortunately the Karoo is extremely hot this time of year.

The pool area was available.

The bed in the room is brand new as in less than two weeks! We will look in to your complaint. The bunk beds just needed to be moved a little. Also they are brand new too.

As for the account settlement, some guests only pay 50% deposit others 100%. I apologize if asking if you still need to make a payment made you uncomfortable.

Our stay at De Vuur by

We really enjoyed our stay at De Vuur. Very comfy bed and the room was GREAT. They allowed us to let our pets sleep in our room which was very convenient and MUCH appreciated from us. I would highly reccomend De Vuur Gastehuis as a pit stop to stretch your legs and spend the night.
