At Mamma's Guesthouse offers bed and breakfast accommodation in the leafy and tranquil Bloemfontein suburb of Brandwag. We offer clean, smoke-free rooms with comfortable beds, and en-suite bathrooms with warm showers. The rooms have air-conditioning with hot and cold functionality for warm summer days and the extra cold days in winter. Wi-Fi and DStv are offered in every room. All rooms are fitted with a bar fridge and kettle. Coffee, tea, milk, and sugar are supplied daily. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in our beautiful garden, after a tiring day. A basic breakfast is offered in the morning from 07h00 to 09h00. A barbecue area is available and can be utilised, on arrangement with staff. Safe vehicle parking is inside the closed yard with surveillance cameras. All the rooms have exterior entrances, and you are supplied with a remote control for the gate at clock-in.

No visitors are allowed after 23h00 at night to give all other paying guests opportunity for a restful sleep.

Loadshedding had become part of all households in South Africa. During loadshedding a generator will operate and every room's appliances will function except for the air-conditioning. The generator will not be operated between 23h00 and 06h00 due to the noise it makes.
