The Links is a self-catering apartment located in Hermanus, a popular holiday town on the southern coast of the Western Cape. It is world-famous for having fantastic land and boat-based whale watching. Its scenic beauty, mild climate, outdoor activities, rich floral kingdom, and its close proximity to Cape Town make it the ideal base from which to explore the Cape Overberg.

This property boasts a 5.5kW inverter coupled with a powerful 5kW battery system. This combination ensures uninterrupted functionality of essential household appliances during load-shedding, providing peace of mind even in times of power outages. Notably high load appliances will not be operational during load-shedding, including the geyser and oven/stove.

The apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four guests and comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living area and kitchen. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. There are both bath and shower facilities in the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for six people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with Premium DStv channels. The apartment also has WiFi, one aircon and a roof fan.
