Capri 12

Capri 12 is a modern and tastefully furnished three bedroom, two bathroom upper level apartment, located in Ramsgate, with glorious sea views.

The unit sleeps six people, with the main bedroom fitted with a queen sized bed, the second bedroom a double bed, and the third two single beds. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the main bedroom has beautiful views of the ocean.

There are two bathrooms, the one being en-suite, and both are fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.

The unit is equipped with a modern and fully fitted kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, stove/oven and microwave, with a washing machine situated in the one bathroom.

The lounge is spacious and is fitted with modern furniture seating six including a flat screen TV with Netflix and Wi Fi. There is a built-in bar off the lounge as well as a six seater dining table. A built-in gas braai is located on the extensive double verandah, which is fitted with a six seater patio set, overlooking stunning sea views.

Parking is provided for two vehicles, including an underground lock-up garage, and extra undercover parking. There is a swimming pool in the complex with direct access to the beach and lagoon located only about 150 meters away.

All linen and towels are supplied, just bring your own beach towels.
