Arundel Studios

Arundel Studios have spectacular, uninterrupted, mountain views of the Maluti Mountains, where guests can see the Golden Gate from their bed. It's a place to experience the power of living in harmony with nature. A place to rediscover the meaning of stillness, to experience the richness of natural beauty in the midst of pristine nature.

Accommodation is offered in two self-catering studios, each with its own entrance and wall-to-floor ceiling windows to enjoy the magnificent mountain views. Both light and airy, open-plan units of 24 square meters offer a queen-size bed, a living area and a dining area with a fireplace and an ensuite bathroom. Linen, electric blankets, and towels are provided. Enjoy preparing your own food in a fully equipped, hand-built kitchen complete with granite worktops, freestanding stainless steel electric stove with gas hob, microwave oven and fridge, with Arundel's own mountain mineral water on tap; or go to one of the quaint restaurants in Clarens.

The studios each have a recently enlarged roofed terrass with braai facility and garden furniture where guests can relax and take in the impressive views. Smoking is not permitted within the studios, but ashtrays are provided for the patios. Secure parking is on your doorstep. Daily servicing is not included.


Arundel Studios is the ideal base for undertaking a full range of adventurous outdoor activities or to rest and relax and go out for a romantic dinner in Clarens. Water supplied is from a borehole. There is 24/7 wifi.
