Nautilus Cottage is a charming thatched residence offering stylish bedrooms with satellite TV, a bar fridge, tea tray, a safe and heated towel rails. Enjoy a delicious breakfast before a leisurely walk along the cliff path to the village and old harbour.

Restaurants, beaches, whale watching, shark diving and golf courses are all nearby. We also offer a fully-equipped, air-conditioned conference centre for up to 12 delegates. There is secure parking, credit cards are accepted, and children over the age of 15 years are welcome.

The location of the guest house in Hermanus is ideal. You can walk to all important spots in the town. The house itself was well decorated, the pool was big (the best during our 3 weeks trip) and the breakfast great. We also could use the facilities of the Pelagus House (lounge, library, bar ...) which is in the same garden. What we missed was storage space in the bathroom (hangers, boards). The both hosts are very attentive and kind. For sure a place to return.

Tranquility in the heart of Hermanus by

After a very busy year my husband and I were looking for a tranquil weekend by the sea. Nautilus Cottage was the perfect location. Not only was the host very welcoming, the luxury of the accommodation and relaxing lounge and library areas were very good for the soul. We will definitely be back again soon.
