This beautifully modern apartment is located in the seaside village of Shelly Beach.It is fully furnished with a main bedroom-en-suite.

This room has a queen size bed, shower and toilet. An exterior bedroom door leads directly onto the patio.The second guest bedroom has two bunk beds for children but could sleep two adults on the lower levels. The bathroom has a shower plus a large bath tub, perfect for a soak after a long day at the beach. All linen and towels are provided. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with quality cutlery and crockery, cookware, a microwave, sandwich toaster, and ceramic top stove with oven. There are two large fridge/freezers enabling the guests to keep a separate drink's fridge. The lounge and main bedroom each have a large flat-screen TV's with a DStv Family Bouquet available. There is also a Blu Ray player. Wi-Fi has been enabled with an initial amount of data and can be topped up by the guest.

Large folding doors in the lounge allow wide access to the patio and lawns. There is an outdoor set perfect for family meals al fresco. A gas braai has been provided for those times when you would rather stay in. The apartment has air conditioning in the lounge and main living area, with fans provided for the bedrooms. There are two allocated parking bays for this unit. One under cover immediately adjacent to the kitchen/front door, which makes it perfect for loading and unloading luggage or groceries. The second open air bay has a pathway leading to the front of the unit. This bay is perfect for parking a trailer for the duration of your stay. The apartment is close to a private access to the beach and tidal pool.

The beach is a shell collectors dream with exquisite rock pools. At the complex there is a communal swimming pool and an immediate Braai/BBQ area with seating. Other facilities include tennis courts, a basketball court, trampolines, swings and a jungle gym. The clubhouse has a billiard table, darts and table tennis. Children are welcome to ride their bicycles in the safe parking area and lawns. There is 24 hour security with regular patrols within the electrified fencing, and an access control at the main gate.
