Hippo House @ Kruger Park

Hippo House is a self-catering unit located within the Kruger Park Lodge on the banks of the Sabie River. Hippo House is a fully equipped, luxurious and air-conditioned self-catering chalet sleeping up to eight guests.

The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and upstairs, the spacious loft has two single beds and a bunk bed as well as a casual living area with a second TV. Linen is provided and the two bathrooms are shared between the rooms. Soap and shampoo are also provided.

Downstairs is a combined living and dining area with patio doors leading onto the veranda, with garden furniture and a built-in braai area. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs and has a combination washer-dryer. In addition, ad daily housekeeping service is provided.

The resort is situated in close proximity to the Kruger National Park and the historic towns of Pilgrim's Rest, Graskop, Sabie and White River. The Paul Kruger Gate is 42 km away, Phabeni Gate is 12 km away and Numbi Gate is only 11 km away.

The Kruger Park Lodge's main attraction is a nine-hole golf course designed by Gary Player. The resort offers a sanctuary of lush green lawns, dense woodlands and flowing water. From an afternoon on the golf course to a dawn game drive or nature trail, the Hippo House @ Kruger Park Lodge has something to offer the whole family.
