Dumela Wilderness Safaris is a family owned camp in Parque Naçional do Limpopo, Moçambique. Only 8 km from the Pafuri border post and situated on the Limpopo River, Dumela Wilderness Safaris has two campsites on offer.

Dumela Wilderness Safaris is one of the first camps in the Parque Nacional do Limpopo and uses solar power units to give light to the camp. Each campsite offers a feeling of exclusivity, an experience with an untouched part of the African bush. Both campsites have their own ablution block with a toilet, hot water and lighting.

A beautiful spot, incredible wild life noises at night. The owners are all you can wish for. The roads are terrible especially when wet. Be sure to take every thing you will need with you.

Wildest African Night Sounds at Dumela Wilderness Safaris by

We had a fantastic stay at Dumela Wilderness Safaris camping at Fish Eagle Camp, this is the wildest camp site I had ever been to in terms of the sounds of night, from bush babies, owls, to being woken up by the call of an African Fish Eagle about 50 meters from where we had setup camp. Best place to wildcamp within the Fever Trees that stretches from Crooks Corner in the Kruger and just 8 kilometres in Mozambique from Pafuri Border Gate of the Kruger National Park. If you are into true wilderness I say this is worth checking out. A stop over just across the border if you are exploring the Northern Part of the Kruger. The camp is beautifully ran by Lourens and his wife with the help of the ever helpful Abram(Abby) and his wife. We truly enjoyed our stay there.
