Umzumbe has many great attractions in and around the area, including the outstanding South Coast Beaches, the Wild Coast Sun Country Club and the Ilanda Wilds Reserve.

Very Dissapointing by

What couldv'e been a fantastic week ended up being very disappointing. After waiting on the road for 1,5 hours, to be let into the estate, we were told our booking was forgotten about. There were no towels, toilet paper, bath mats, dish clothes, soap or DSTV as advertised and I am not sure the house had been cleaned in a while. We were also told not to use one of the bathrooms as the toilet leaks and the shower doesn't work. But that was not the worst of it. There was absolutely no communication from anyone while we were there and we couldn't get hold of anyone, all the numbers just went to voicemail. A simple apology on day 1 with the problems being rectified would have made all the difference. A really beautiful house in a stunning location and a potentially awesome stay was ruined by a complete lack of concern by the owners.
