Nostalgie is a lovely self-catering house situated in the small town of Kaapsehoop.

The beds are queen size and the lounge is comfortably furnished and equipped with a TV with all DSTV channels. DVD player with dvd's. Linen and towels, as well as electric blankets are provided, and the rooms share a bathroom with a bath only. There is an outside shower for guests to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a stove and oven, a microwave as well as tea and coffee facilities. Lovely views can be enjoyed from the furnished stoep and under-cover parking is provided. The unit is not serviced.

Wild horses also roam the area and guests are bound to see them while visiting. Various horse riding trails are available.

A gem by

What a gem in Kaapsehoop. The cottage is well equiped with everything that opens and shuts, a lot of personal touches which made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The cottage is spotlessly clean and tidy. A magnificent view of the town and the beauty of Kaapsehoop. I can highly recommend Nostalgie to anyone visiting this little historical town.

Highly recommended! Willie and Charlotte went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and unforgettable. The cottage is very neat and equipped with everything you need. We will definitely stay there again with our next visit to Kaapsehoop.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nostalgie and would highly recommend it. Nostalgie is a home away from home warm and very comfortable. The wild horses came up to the boundary and it was too beautiful sitting on the veranda watching them. The owners were a pleasure leaving us to just soak in the peace of Kaapsehoop but were available to chat and check if we needed anything. Thank you Nostalgie for a memorable weekend. Wonderful self catering house by

I've been to Kaapschehoop several times; and Nostalgie is definitely the best self catering place I've stayed. It's a great location, overlooking the Rockery and near the restaurant & pub. It's clean and very well equipped, has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, lounge, great balcony and outside shower. Willie the owner is very friendly and helpful.
