The house consists of two en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area overlooking the canal. There is a Jacuzzi set right on the edge of the canal, and lots of seating areas to soak up the sun or enjoy a meal outside. Swimming and boating can be enjoyed in the canals and the lake.
The complex is located behind the tall sand dunes of Aston Bay, along some pristine coastline and about 5 km outside Jeffrey's Bay. The marina boasts classic double-arched bridges and the waterways are lined with palm trees.
