The White Palace Hotel and Spa Serowe is a landmark double-storey white building situated along the Palapye-Serowe main road in Serowe. THE WHITE PALACE HOTEL RECENSIES (49 %) Adequate by Glenis Stringer, South Africa 20 October 2013 Adequate for an overnight stop, but not particularly memorable. The swimming pool was not inviting and needs attention. Fine by J M Booyse, South Africa 04 January 2014 The hotel has so much potential, but management need to be tightened. Information on advert should be updated. We requested 2 different quotes, and decided on the more expensive rooms to treat ourselves to the jacuzzi. This was out of order as well as the swimming pool pump. The food was not worth the price we had to pay. Chicken/mushroom pizza, without chicken, just lots of atchar. Not bad, but not what we ordered. They didn't have any ingredients for salads on menu. Rooms are clean and neat. Fine for overnight stay. Waited over an hour for 2nd towel despite 3 reminders
Reception lady was uninformed but pleasa Hugely disappointing by Kenny Jacobs 27 June 2017 This establishment is a dark, dingy, dive! Wall plug sockets falling out of walls, towels patched together, windows literally falling out! Although DSTV was advertised, I think there were 2 channels. Staff, however, tried to meet with our needs. There is only a little gazebo area at the side of hotel outside in which to sit. No alcohol served, although they were prepared to go to the shop for us. It is in great need of an upgrade. We were told that they were building a new hotel opposite (no signs of that though). So I would give this one a miss! THE WHITE PALACE HOTEL LOCATIE
