To enjoy the authentic Namaqualand experience which has so much to offer its guests in terms of the environment, Verbe Caravan Park is the ideal place for pure tranquillity.

Situated in Kramieskroon district, the heart of the flower country, Verbe makes for the best spot from which to explore the beautiful natural wonders of Namaqualand. The park is surrounded by mountains with Sneeukop in the north, Boesmankop in the west and Kardouw in the east. The famous Namaqua National Park is only 27 km from Kamieskroon.

The private park has 50 campsites, each with water and electricity. The spotless ablution facilities have hot and cold water and there are covered and open-air braai facilities.

Make this your home base while exploring the heartland of Namaqualand's famous flower world. Our farm accommodation reflects the old Namaqualand culture and is located between Garies and Springbok.

Friendly. Ablutions fine except for hot water pressure. Stands not at all demarcated. Area very central to the flower areas.

Very friendly owners. Nice campsites with a beautiful view. Clean ablution block.

Well situated by

the town is well situated, allowing one to visit Port Nolloth and Hondeklip Bay for the day. Unfortunately, due to the drought we did not see any of the flowers we had so hope to see.The caravan park is entirely gravel. If at all possible, you should choose sites close to the office. When we were there the wind blew gales, coming from the direction of the Catholic Mission with nothing to break it.

The dogs barking in the neighbourhood were a nuisance during the night, but that is understandable as caravan park is in the middle of the little village

The Flowers by

Our stay at Verbe Caravan Park was at a time when Kamieskroon was subject to strict water restrictions by the municipality and there was a 16 hour power outage. In spite of these challenges, at all times, Daniel worked very hard to ensure that the facilities at the site operated efficiently as possible. He also was very helpful in advising us where to go to see the flowers and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Verbe.
