The Sutton Cottage

The Sutton Cottage is a three-bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Himeville and is ideal for a family or a group of friends.

The property sleeps eight guests and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed and share a bathroom with a shower-over-bath. Linen is provided, but guests must bring their own towels.

The main living area has a lovely kitchen equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher.

The cozy lounge area has a fireplace, a double sofa bed for two extra guests, as well as a dining table with seating for six. The lounge area offers access to a patio and garden where guests can braai.

The house is fenced with an electric gate and security alarms. The location of the property is close to restaurants, museums, Lake Kenmo, and the rivers and mountains of Sanipas.
