Sunbird Guest House is located only 5 minutes' drive from Town and Airport, 15 minutes' drive from the Victoria Falls. We are located off Lusaka Road, Highlands Area. Guest is welcome to use our kitchen facilities for coffee and tea, lunch and supper.

The following could be arranged: boat cruise, canoeing, bungee jump, Horse or elephant riding along the mighty Zambezi River. Visiting the National Park and the Museum, Lion Walk and many more. Car and Van rentals and driver are available at reasonable rates. General Accommodation details: exclusive use by guests, security, DStv and spacious parking and laundry service available. All bedrooms have mosquito nets, air-condition, ceiling fans and self-contained. All rooms are non-smoking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunbird Guest House. The rooms and facilities were very beautiful and well kept. We had our own kitchen and cooking facilities in the family house. The service was exceptional and personalised and the staff made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended as a place to stay - just on the outskirts of Livingstone, nice and quiet & accessible by all major tour operators.
