Reef Resort in Praia de Xai Xai offers self-catering accommodation in air-conditioned beach front houses situated between 100 m and 400 m from the beach. All houses have magnificent views of the ocean. Each house has a fully equipped kitchen including a gas stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery as well as utensils to cater for four, eight or ten guests.

We are building our own restaurant which will be completed by December 2013 and there are also other great restaurants and beautiful beaches, even pubs close by, within two minutes walking distance.

We have three different sized houses to choose from such as two bedroom/four sleeper houses which includes two single beds in each bedroom, one bathroom, an open plan living area where the kitchen is visible. There is a deck with a splash pool and a braai area. There is also covered parking for one vehicle.

The three bedroom/five to eight sleeper house includes a main bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three have two single beds in each. There are also two built-in single beds in the living room, as well as a second communal bathroom and a large open plan living/dining area. There is a well equipped kitchen available for guests. Outside on the deck is a splash pool and braai area. Covered parking is available for two vehicles.

The six-ten sleeper bedroom house includes a queen-size bed in the main bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three have three single beds in each. There are two built-in single beds in the living room, a second communal bathroom, as well as large open plan living/dining area. There is also a kitchen and a large deck outside with a splash pool and a braai area. Covered parking is available for two vehicles. This house has a similar layout to the eight sleeper house but is more spacious.

We also supply all linen and a bath towel per guest. There are mosquito nets over each bed. A basic cleaning service is available from 08:00-12:00. DStv is also in the guesthouse package, as well as a small electronic safe for your valuables.
