It is very well equipped and serviced, quality furnishings etc. Birdlife in abundance. We spent many a contented hour just sitting and enjoying nature's sounds and activity. Memory, the housekeeper, and staff were very friendly, efficient & helpful. Lovely Cottage by Kyle Mcclean 19 December 2017 My wife and I, along with our 20 month old son, stayed over for 2 nights in the cottage in December 2017.
The cottage is awesome and had everything we needed. The air-con is a must during this time of year and it worked perfectly. The wifi is a real bonus. The breakfasts are simple, but we enjoyed them and ate outside on the stoep every morning. The garden and pool are well maintained and we made use of the pool both days. The staff were friendly and helpful.
If there is a downside it would be that you are 15-20 minutes outside of Gaborone. But perhaps that is what allows for the awesome natural setting of this guesthouse so it's both a pro and a con.
Currently there are heavy roadworks on the road from Gaborone so you need to follow the directions carefully on this site, our navigation system didn't pick up the guesthouse so the directions we were emailed from SafariNOW were a life saver.
If we were ever back in Gaborone we'd definitely stay here again. Superb location, cottage and people! by John Witherow 18 January 2018 Cottage was well outfitted and very comfortable.
