Ocean View Villas is set in the heart of Shaka's Rock and provides a range of accommodation varying from upmarket and corporate to family units.

Each air-conditioned unit is fully equipped for self-catering and has its own TV with selected DStv, braai facilities and secure parking. All linen is provided. All of the units are serviced daily, except on Sundays and public holidays, and a laundry service is available out-of-season on request.

Ocean View Villas are located approximately 500 m from the Shaka's Rock main beach, and most of our units boast great sea views. There is also a splash pool on the premises and beach access across the road.

It would have been nice if my kitchen appliances worked.
Establishment's Response
Students booked in to this establishment. I was only informed that the microwave was not working after the guests had left. On inspection the microwave dial had been left on defrost! If this had been brought to our attention whilst the guest was booked in we could have corrected this.

Only TV channels TV3, 1 Sport Channel & MNet & Mnet premiere. Please have broom and/or mop available for cleaning. Other than that - Very nice place. Clean & Neat. Neat bedding and a welcome atmosphere.

THE COMFORTABLE BED by

Firstly there was no one to open the gate for us. We shouted and shouted for about 40 minutes which resulted in us being late for the wedding reception. A very helpful lady fron Salt Cafe came up at about that time and opened for us. Her helper also shouted for the person taking care of the place. My husband eventually walked up to find him. We are not impressed with this at all. The room was also very dusty.
