Berg-en-Dal is situated on the bank of the Matjulu Spruit, with a view of softly undulating hills to the east.

On the northern and southern sides, dry riverbeds and a dam border the camp. There are large trees along the streams and dry riverbeds, and special care has been taken to preserve the natural vegetation in the camp.

Berg-en-Dal is also the only camp set in a rugged mountain environment.

PLEASE NOTE: the rates are subject to the number of adults and children staying. Quotes will include the 1% Community Levy, but will exclude daily conservation fees, which are to be paid directly to camp on arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: from 1 September 2017, all visitors over 18 years old will be required to produce their identity document (ID), passport or alternative valid identification e.g. driver's licence card for scanning upon entering/exiting the Park.

Wonderful, just wonderful!

We camped in a tent. Very pleasant, tidy and clean. The ablution blocks are also tidy and clean. Enjoyed the walking trail with lots of animals. Will be back next year.
