Oppihoek B&B & Aan de Kanal Coffee Shop

Set in the picturesque town of Heidelberg, Oppihoek B&B is just a stones' throw off the N2 and the perfect stopover on your Garden Route trip, conveniently situated between Cape Town and Knysna.

Set in a lush green garden, guests have a choice of three Self-catering Units or four B&B Rooms. All the rooms have TVs with DStv and they are furnished with double beds. Some of the rooms have extra single beds. The rooms also have en-suite bathrooms. Warm blankets and clean towels are provided.

A laundry service is available and guests can relax in the Jacuzzi. A microwave, a fridge, coffee and tea and fresh rusks are provided for your convenience. The lapa is available to guests for private braais.

Oppihoek B&B is within walking distance from the centre of town and Aan de Kanal Steakhouse and Gift Shop is located on the premises, where traditional lunches and dinners are served. Parking is also available.

Golf, squash and bowls facilities are located nearby. Guests can also go horse riding in the mountains through the fynbos. Duivenhoks River and Breede River are good for fishing. Take a walk along the trails birdwatching or mountain bike in the area. The Blue Crane, our national bird, is very common in the area and guests are sure to see it.
