Countryside by

Absolutely loved this little cottage. Very spacious and has everything one needs for a few days stay over. So enjoyed the view (although close to the N3) - still beautiful even though it was winter. Just being in the country and fresh air was wonderful. A great base if one wants to do the Midlands Meander. There were a few minor housekeeping issues which I see had been recorded by previous visitors as well but to date hadn't been adheard to - one big one is that single bed mattresses need to be replaced. It's like trying to climb out of a crevice in the morning. The info provided on booking stated there was Wi-Fi - this is not correct as no Wi-Fi was provided. Being in the hospitality industry myself was disappointed that on arrival was not met by the owners (was told key would be in the door) and all during the three day stay no contact from them. Despite all the constructive critism would definitely go back there.

Tranquil and beautiful surrounding by

Regrettably I cannot comment much except for the above. We arrived quite late in the evening and left at 4 in the morning. However we were received with friendliness from Mrs McKenzie whom we thank.
