Louterwater Landgoed

Louterwater Landgoed is a working apple and pear farm situated in Langkloof, in the Eastern Cape. Guests have a choice of staying in either Log Cabins or Cottages. Each unit has its own use of ablution facilities that consist of showers and toilets, as well as a communal kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave and fridge.

The Log Cabins are located next to a river and are ideal for families or groups. Each cabin is equipped with bunk beds, but guests need to bring their own linen and towels. Guests may also pitch tents near the cabins at an additional cost. The Cottages are available on a B&B or self-catering basis. Guest cottages are R300pp per night self catering and R370 pp per night bed and breakfast. The Cottages also have TVs with DStv, and dinner can be provided at an extra cost.

The farm has lovely fruit orchards and for the more serious hikers, the lovely Tsitsikamma Mountains engulf a large part of the farm. Guests are permitted to bring their own bikes or quad bikes. Whether it is swimming in the river, hiking in the mountains, fishing in the dams, or just staying over on a business trip, guests are sure to enjoy a very entertaining stay.
