La Mer 12

La Mer 12 is a modern and spacious three bedroom, two bathroom ground floor unit that sleeps nine with amazing sea views in a secure complex in Margate.

The main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, and the second is fitted with a double bed and ¾ bed and third bedroom is fitted with two double beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a bath, shower as well as a toilet and basin and the second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

The unit has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine, as well as a dining area that seats nine.

The comfortable lounge suite seats six. A flat screen TV with DSTV connection is provided so should you wish to watch DSTV please bring your own decoder, smart card and cables. (Explora / PVR compatible ) There is also a bar area for your use.

There are sliding doors off the lounge and main bedroom onto a large patio overlooking the sea. There is also patio furniture and a braai supplied for your use.

There is a swimming pool and basement parking as well as extra parking bay is allocated to this unit. This unit is also wheelchair friendly from the second gate and there is also a lift for your convenience from the basement area.

There is a gate from the complex leading to the Lawrence Rocks beach which is across the road, about 30 meters away and Margate's main beach and fishing pier is only a short walk away.

All linen is supplied except bath & beach towels, please bring your own with.
