Kubu Bali

Situated on the sea shore, this modern Bali styled complex offers direct access to the beach without crossing roads. It is well maintained and offers a swimming pool set amongst sprawling lawns and communal braai area overlooking the beach.

This immaculate unit is located on the second floor to maximise on the awesome sea views. It comfortably sleeps six guests in three bedroom, two with double beds and the third with two single beds. Each bedroom is beautifully appointed with walnut finish dressing tables and ceiling fans and the main bedroom enjoys sea views, sliding doors to the balcony and an en-suite contemporary washroom with both bath and shower. A second granite washroom with shower services the other two bedrooms.

The living area is spacious and has an open-plan kitchen and lounge area divided by a granite cooking island with bar stools, opening through sliding doors onto the covered balcony. The kitchen, in walnut and granite, is fully equipped for all your day to day cooking needs and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. The comfortable lounge with wicker furnishings has a 32" flat screen television with DStv with the Multichoice Extra bouquet offering 86 TV and 70 audio channels as well as a DVD player for the kids videos. The balcony overlooking the complex swimming pool has an outdoor patio dining suite and a gas braai, not to mention the sea.

The secure complex has electric fencing and a remote controlled access gate. The unit is allocated an undercover parking bay and there is additional parking available for a second vehicle and trailers. Linen is provided for all the beds but guests should bring their own beach and bath towels. Daily servicing is available on request at an additional charge, but the unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and equipped with a complimentary starter kit of toilet paper, bathroom and dish washing soaps.



Kubu Bali is located close to two large shopping malls offering a wide selection of restaurants, entertainment and your favourite chain stores. We are short walk along the beach to the life-guarded Shelly Beach with seaside restaurant and bar, tidal swimming pool, and the small craft harbour where fisherman, divers and pleasure cruises display their skills in launching and landing their boats on the beach. Apart from the mall and harbour, the town has a wide selection of takeaways, restaurants and bars within walking distance and you'll only want for a car to visit the South Coast's regional attractions like the breathtaking Oribi Gorge, Dezzi raceway, several world class golf courses, famous diving sites, game reserves and adrenaline activities.
