Ingrid's Lodge is just five minutes' drive from Bulawayo and all its shopping centres, museums and tourist attractions. We are nestled in the leafy suburban area of Burnside. You'll feel a million miles away from the city.

The guest house is made up of Mediterranean-style chalets with sloping tile roofs and elegant archways that offer complete privacy and peace to guests. Each chalet has a spacious bedroom and its own entrance, with an en-suite bathroom. Ingrid's hospitality and personal service will leave you in no doubt that this is a sought-after bed and breakfast.

Around the chalets, the lush garden is immaculately maintained and features a beautiful swimming pool perfect for relaxing and sunbathing on a hot summer day in Bulawayo.

Ingrid's Lodge is not only an excellent place to stay but offers a gracious and friendly host who was willing to go out of her way to meet my needs and requirements. This included being willing to make time in her busy day to show me the easiest route to my business appointment. And this friendly, supportive way of dealing with people extended to the rest of the team at the Lodge. It is no wonder that she has 'regulars' who stay there time after time when they are in Bulawayo. I shall certainly be doing the same!

We had a lovely time with Ingrid. Her rooms are big and comfortable and importantly for us well lit! She has a very good system with a buffet breakfast and if you like you can take it with you on your journey. Plenty of parking space for trailers, a beautiful big garden and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Ingrid!
