Shower small, tall person could not bend to wash feet.

Vanity tap broken, cupboard door broken, vanity cupboard smelly. One towel hook, no towel rail. Nowhere to put clothing.

Only 1 towel provided.

Two pillows (one lumpy). King size bed with 2 single synthetic duvets overlapping - HOT . One fluffy, synthetic blanket but NO sheet. Removed covers and slept under these.

Blood on side of toilet roll!

Kettle on unstable small table, leg support broken - UNSAFE

Stayed for 3 nights, accommodation was well kept and spacious, staff were friendly and ready to help out with any queries and food was also very good.
The laundry service saved my life.
Ideal location to get around in Windhoek.
