Homestead Villas

Homestead Villas is nestled in the secluded Welgedacht Security Estate, next to the Tygerberg Nature reserve and against the slopes of the Tygerberg Hills. The estate has lovely views of the Boland Mountains and is an elegant venue for intimate functions.

There are 10 beautiful guest suites available. All suites are equipped with air-conditioning, TVs with selected DStv channels, DVD players, Wi-Fi access, hair dryers, under-floor heating in the bathrooms and heated towel rails.

Our guest lounge is the ideal setting for socializing or informal meetings, with comfy sofas and a wood-burning fireplace. The stylish bar serves delicious drinks in an atmosphere of understated elegance. The spacious boardroom can seat up to 24 delegates, equipped with air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.
