Nestled in a secluded bay on the Maputaland coast, Thonga Beach Lodge is nestled within the heart of the majestic Greater St Lucia Wetland Park. This internationally recognized World Heritage Site proudly welcomes the lodge as its first private concession, granting guests a truly exclusive experience. Located just 25 km north of Sodwana Bay in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, Thonga Beach Lodge is a gateway to extraordinary natural wonders.

To reach the lodge, a 2-wheel drive vehicle will comfortably transport you until the last stretch, where a collection point awaits. From there, guests are transferred in open 4x4 vehicles along enchanting forested dune roads, adding to the sense of adventure and anticipation. Two collection times are available from the 2-wheel drive parking: 12h00 or 15h00, ensuring a seamless journey to the lodge.
