Mont Blanc 17 is a furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure Mont Blanc complex close to the beach in Manaba, and near to various shops and amenities. This apartment is ideal for a quiet and peaceful family holiday and is not a party unit.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. All 3 bedrooms contain a double bed each, with a bath, toilet and washbasin in the en-suite bathroom for the main bedroom. This room has sliding doors opening to the balcony. The second bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains seating, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV with a DStv connection. There is only a OPENVIEW , OVHD decoder , clients that wish to have DSTV channels can bring there own standard DSTV decoder with, not the Explorer, Clients need to bring there own towels and toiletries. The lounge opens to a covered enclosed balcony with outdoor furniture, braai facilities and sea views.

The Mont Blanc complex offers a communal swimming pool, and a coin-operated self-service laundry facility. Secure parking is provided on-site.
