Pleasant by

Kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms are fine. The chairs and table on the terras are bad. For us it is unusual, that you have to pay the electricity, beside the rental price. There is no private parking.

Great location by

The location of this apartment on Beach Road in Seapoint is perfect. You have the hop on hop off tourist bus outside and if you purchase the MyCiti bus pass, the 104 bus stops right outside and you can go to the V&A waterfront with ease. The food shops, particularly Woolworth's is only a 5 minutes walk and it has a very good range.
The apartment is very well laid out with the benefit of a washing machine and reasonable kitchen equipment and the balcony is a real bonus. The apartment is very clean and well presented but could do with a little refurbishment, particularly the bathroom. All in all this charming apartment represents good value for money and its' owner Isabel was very helpful.
